The Portal
This page is more than just a page for links. It is truly a PORTAL to the Edward Hancock II Expanded Universe. (And it will continue to grow as I add more things and features.) This page will take you to places where you can come to know the man behind the books. You can know the writer better, yes. But you can come to know the man obsessed with genealogy. You can come to know the red-blooded patriotic Christian soul that exists within me. You could, if you so desired, find plenty of reasons to bash me or hate on me. If hating me is your goal, please know I won’t run from it. In fact, I’ll welcome it. Love me or hate me, at least you’ll be talking about me. I’ve always believed the only true BAD press is that kind when people stop talking about you…No press at all.
Here, you’ll find links to my store, to my genealogy group and to other areas of interest that hold my heart. Below that, you’ll find links to websites I use as an author. You’ll also find links to my fellow authors, of many different genres. Let me say this right from the start. Me sharing the link to their page doesn’t mean I endorse their private beliefs. Neither does it mean they endorse my personal private reliefs. We are who we are. Writers supporting other writers. People supporting other people. Adults supporting other adults. If you believe “diversity” means eliminate everything Caucasian, you probably don’t belong here. Diversity is probably best defined using Star Trek as the analogy.
IDIC. Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations. Beyond this wall, you run the risk of being offended. You click at your own risk. I’m not responsible for another person’s emotional welfare or safety. You run the risk. Therefore, you accept the risk of being offended by things that do not exist to single you out for offense. I should be clear it is not my goal to offend you. I’m simply stating that I am not going to shrink who I am to make somebody else comfortable. There’s enough of that in the world. The world needs less shrinkage and more real.
Our Deepest Fear
By Marianne Williamson
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
That most frightens us.
We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us;
It's in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.

But there are local events that may or may not have websites, facebook pages or other social media presence. Your best research tool is ultimately your own activity and networking abilities.)
The Author’s Show

You do have the opportunity to purchase various promotion packages and other things, extending the time your interview is featured. But the basic interview itself is totally free and a truly fun experience.)
